The MotionCiser Fit includes the amazingly popular MotionCiser with the added bonus of FREE Exercise Bands: The MotionCiser Fit Bands are specially designed to connect to your MotionCiser. These enable you to gently exercise your upper body whilst staying seated and using your MotionCiser.

PROVIDES PASSIVE MOTION EXERCISE THROUGH WALKING SIMULATION: With 10 vibration speed levels, you can choose the intensity that works for you. The higher the intensity, the more your legs are engaged and exercised.

This machine works if one keeps using it you will not get cured overnight but keep using it unfortunately I can't use the part that helps your upper body as I have a bad injury to left shoulder and arm but I believe it also will work for others
