It certain.y is so much better than the other well known model where you have to gfease your feeland omly get muscle contracontractions this one has movement as well stimulating youjoinfs as thoughyou are walking

I am so pleased with the immediate results achieved with this machine, in just two weeks.
Walking is an essential part of my day, by choice, but my ankles and knees were causing me some difficulty in this pursuit.
After this short course, my ankles have ceased to make me stumble, and the knees no longer 'groan' as I climb my two flights of 15 stairs.
Each morning I spend some reading time, and the thirty minute cut-off time fits in very nicely with that project.
Additionally, my cancer medication causes weight gain, and I am anticipating using the resistance cords will, eventually, help with that problem too.
The investment might even mean not having to continue buying new clothes!

It has helped me with my Ms to keep my leg muscles going, my feet aren't swelling up half as much, would definitely recommend
