I’ve been really impressed with the NuvaBar. Once set up, it’s very simple and easy to use. I suffer from joint and muscle stiffness, and the exercises provided have given me a comfortable, pain-free way to exercise and keep active.

The resistance is effective, and I particularly like being able to exercise at my own pace and ability. A simple, practical and well-designed product that I’m very happy to recommend. Five stars!

PROBLEM WITH THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT NOT HOLDING A CHARGE, BUT THE NEW REPLACEMENT PRODUCT APPEARS TO BE WORKING WELL SO FAR.

Very pleased with my purchase. I use it as per the diagram on my feet, but also on my back whilst sat upright in an armchair and under my knees when in my reclining chair.
