Shipping Method

We ship with DHL across the UK, and delivery is free on all orders. You’ll receive tracking updates by text or email so you know exactly when your package will arrive.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri): Dispatched the same day, usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Orders placed after 2 PM: Dispatched the next working day, usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Next Working Day delivery is available at checkout (order before 2 PM).

• Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take up to 5 working days.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

• Before checkout: You can update your basket anytime.

• After checkout: Please contact our Customer Service team at support@vitadora.co.uk or call 0808 281 5089 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM).

• If you need to cancel, refunds are processed within 14 working days. If your order has already been dispatched, the goods must be returned before a refund can be issued.
