Very pleased with my purchase of the motion-ciser ,have used it two or three times daily on a low number to start with and my legs feel much better already

Very easy to use and the legs feel so much better afterwards. My circulation has improved already. Love the arm stretchers which are starting to improve my muscles which is important at my age.
